There is so much more to the Netherlands that legal weed. Honestly, I'm semi-Dutch and it's (mostly) a beautiful country.

You can have to a maximum of 5 cannabis plants for homegrown use. It still depends on the regional law's if it's permitted or not; most of the time it is. It's usually not allowed in dense urban environments, such as cities because they can be a disturbance to neighbors and can then be obtained by the police.
Again, in most "states" it's illegal to take any form of drugs (except for the accepted soft drugs such as caffeine, nicotine and alcohol) in states such as in Utrecht and "Den Bosch".

Having a Dutch passport means you have the Dutch nationality, so yes.
well I don't even know if that law is actually in effect right now, but even if it is, it doesn't stop you from going to other places in The Netherlands. Those places have coffeeshops as well

Yea, I was just saying Amsterdam for simplicity's sake. I actually lived in Arnhem for 6 months when I was a freshman (with my grandparents). I'd like to move to Amsterdam someday, though. It's a beautiful city and has a great vibe to it.

Rules:
-You are not allowed to have any pot plants, its just that if you have under 5 and get busted and give them up you dont get any trouble at all (in practise nobody ever got busted for a small ammounth of plants though)
-They where debating if they should introduce a mambership system to coffeeshops preventing foreigners from buying weed, this has not gone through.
-As fas as i know annyone 18+ can still buy pot annywhere here.
