Hey guys, I've been getting ready to enlist and before I do I wanted to work out a bit first so BMQ doesn't kick my ass as much.
I'm pretty new to the working out thing so what I've been doing is 30min runs every other day, Push Ups and Sit ups every day, and I started to work on my arms. With some simple weights. Any one have any tips for this?
Eat more, train more.

Fairly sure that in BMQ's across the world they test you on how many pull ups you can do, so get that back to work too, start doing pull ups and what not.
