Becky's dog will eat two different brands of dog food. Brand A costs $12.99 for a 3.6-kg bag. Brand B costs $39.99 for an 18.1-kg bag.
b) Find the unit cost of each brand of dog food.
I missed math today and didn't get an explanation, but is unit cost another word for unit rate? If not, could anyone explain this to me?

I'm guessing unit means cost per kg.

Can't see anything else it could be.
