I played Fallout 3 for more than 500 hours and i never saw that bodypart glitch :C Did come across a troupe of enclave soldiers doing pushups though, just minding their own business, ignoring me, judging me for not exercising Their dismissive attitude and rigorous training in the light of my own flabby-ass physique haunts me to this very day

I thought the floating baby doll head in one of the metro tunnels in Fallout 3 was shit scary, especially when it still made the crying noises at random points whilst walking around the tunnels

Jesus christ I would be absolutely terrified to play skyrim ever again if that mannequin glitch happened to me. Poor player that must have discovered it.

Half of em aren't even scary, more humorous than anything else. Jockey Face was the freakiest one in my opinion, I've been around living mannequins in Skyrim long enough to get used to them.
