Dash-cam clip of the tsunami filmed from inside a car, amazing how calm these guys kept.

I didn't know Japan was in black and white.
I've never seen such a... Bland and colourless area (and yes I'm talking pre-tsunami).
Japanese cars are surprisingly watertight
Before you whine about that, I talked with a former high school classmate that was living in Japan during the tsunami, she was inside her car when the tsunami hit. She told me that there wasn't a drop of water inside her car and she floated for about half a kilometer inside her car before it got wedged in between two buildings or something.
Within 3 minutes the peacefull town has turned into a pool.
Here, you know? Just chillin' and shit. Tsunami? What is that?

I read somewhere that roughly 10-20% of the mess has been cleaned up
What could you even do in a situation like that? I would be flipping shits.

What the Hell? Is that the Season 1 Rozen Maiden opening theme playing in the car during the earthquake?

Looks like they just kind of git washed down the block a bit and got stuck in a building.
They were lucky. The warehouse beside them acted as a breakwater.
i had no idea it looks like that when an earthquake shakes your vicinity
