Computer program that logs weekly computer activities and emails them to someone.

I'm looking for a program that will log my weekly computer activities, such as programs that I use, websites I visit, etc., and how long I use each of these, and will email that log at the end of the week to certain people. I'm sure this program exists. Anyone know? I could really use it.

You could buy a parental control program, but at least the ones I've seen don't have an email feature.

Covenant Eyes will log any website you visit and send the report to a specified email address. Don't know about anything else though.
