Okay, some of you older players know the drill, but for the new players basically declare, starting with a few units in an untaken spot. Then do what you want; build a base, kill the nearest thing, have a cup of tea!
There are a few things I want to put across, which are:
-No speedbuilding
-No pulling units out of your ass without nice descriptions or for a proper reason, I don't want people pulling out 5 men every declare.
-No lenghty stacks for declaring, I think 3 people is big enough.
-Must wait atleast 3 declares before you can declare again (To stop people having huge armies and bases before some other people have barely started)
Remember, you don't [i]have[/i] to kill everybody!

I can't believe you're allowing stack declares. I mean, really... It's the worst possible habit you can fall into outside of actual move editing.
Cheese, its not that bad, I have resricted it to 3 people so it doesn't get confusing. I understand what you mean when it leads to like 7 people.

Stack declares means people can say they're going then go and drown themselves in their own saliva while people wait for nothing to happen. The people who stack declared also have to sit their and wait their turn endlessly.
It flows better with standard declares. "You can have biscuits with shit or a little bit of shit." "Can I have my biscuits without shit?" "No. Just shitbiscuits or nothing."
Why complicate it at all. 'a bit' is better than 'massively' but none at all is better still.
I don't want shit on my biscuits.

I dislike having to sit and wait for the person to post their turn so you can declare, and the worst bit is when you are Ninja'd to a declare, then wait for that person to post, and just as you post "Declare" you find somebody has beaten you to it.
