IF his DNA was actually *inside* of her, then I'm calling bullshit. However, if his DNA was *on* her, as in on the outside of her body/vagina, tripping and falling onto her after just having sex with someone else is a plausable explanation of what could have occurred, meaning rape can't be proven beyond the shadow of a doubt. This all depends on where exactly the "DNA" was found on her body.
