Someone near my house has been shot, and killed by police - Polidicks

Hmm... if Tatum fired at the police as the article states, then his death by police action was perfectly justified. I do have to admit it's pretty convenient that he was easily able to escape custody, run back inside with cops on his heels and produce a weapon in time to shoot at the officers.
