It wasn't a fatal stomp that is, but if you actually watch the video, take into account the speed at which he steps down upon her neck/shoulder area, you can see that it very much was a stomp. I don't know about your neck, but the average human neck is pretty tender, you apply a small bit of pressure to a neck, and it's painful, you apply a foot pushed forcefully down upon it when one is lying against concrete, and whomever is being stomped, is in for a lot of pain. Not enough to kill of course, but injure, very much so. Now maybe she did instigate it for the purpose of stirring up disapproval against the party, and if that was the case, she's achieved her goal and she's a cunt. The point still does stand though, you don't step down upon someone's neck, like that, it is irresponsible, it is dangerous.
