Must... not... give up... And unlike before, I spent more than an hour making it. The plasma projectiles are sketchy, but I like sketchy :saddowns:
That's actually pretty cool, I like it. I think I remember your old sketches, so this is truely an improvement.
I like the robot, but rifle is a little strange. Especially the white outline.
Especially the white outline.
Hmmm. I added it when I was shading the gun, but forgot to remove it afterwards. I'll do something about it.
I agree about the rifle, it look a bit dented/bent.
How come the background is so undetailed compared to the foreground?
I agree about the rifle, it look a bit dented/bent.
Just checked. It is :gonk: Drawing straight lines isn't very easy for me. Yet.
No worries, you can always make an excuse about it, like "Oh he whacked someone's head with it" :v: As war_man333 mention though, it also looks a bit awkward that the background is nowhere as detailed as the rest. I take it's still under development? ALSO! 1337 posts :v:
Either cover the background with mist or spend more time doing it. I like the material definiton, it looks like metal. But alot of that metal is ignoring the brightly-glowing plasma projectiles.

The bigger one. What could I add in the background? I can't think of anything myself :frown:
What could I add in the background? I can't think of anything myself :frown:
A detailed forest? It looks like you focused on the robot but completly ignored the back ground which is a shame because this could be pretty good.
^Terminators walking around in the forest? Looks like you're getting better, the metal actually looks like metal and the colors are nice. :buddy: Next time you make those laser tracers flying through the air it's better to just take the line tool and use a glow effect on it rather than trying to freehand them and make them sketchy. You could have made the background a bit more detailed simply by putting shapes that suggest objects like busted up cars, buildings, etc. because it looks like you took a large round brush and just scribbled the BG.
Cool art style.
A detailed forest?
Nuclear bombs + humanity = not many trees left around the cities. I'll add those details.
