On both sides.[/QUOTE] The reason everybody thinks it's a joke is because North Korea generally doesn't have the muscle to back itself up, and has a habit of making grand threats and never having anything come of it. The fact that their attempts at firing any missiles have been generally failures helps. If they did try anything, they'd be stomped incredibly quickly by just about everybody as well.
