damnit why BF1942
I cringed seeing it break.
You can break as many SimCity 2013s you want but Battlefield 1942 never did anything to anybody.
Every part of my body was screaming get the fuck away even though it was a video.
Holy shit.
oh god that coke can got fucked up and the pepsi bottle went flying
i need to see a slow motion video of this
I really need to put one of these in my brother's computer, He plops in a disk and suddenly
rrrrrRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
I had this happen to my Roller Coaster Tycoon 2 disc a few years ago. I had to replace the CD drive and clean up a lot of shrapnel from inside the case.

On a side note, I'd like to see that on a high speed motion capture. Watch it start to fluctuate and splinter!

It may be a tribute to it like that one guy who broke his guitar
If you love watching discs explode, you should watch the Mythbusters episode where they tried it.

At least it was not System Shock 2.
That was immensely satisfying until it broke.

I would just die then.
Jeez, It cut clean through the can, that might cause some damage if it hits you
I worked with a handheld pneumatic sander before and that shit is scary.
Think that machine except its smaller, uses an air hose, and rather than a CD, it uses a circular piece of sandpaper.
Works better than electric equipment but it also slightly more dangerous; if the sandpaper disk have a tiny crack, its inertia will rip it apart.
I heard a story from my old teacher that a kid was playing with the sander but the disk broke, sending a shard of sandpaper through a metal door and ricocheting around the hallway.
