I like the contrast between the tree branches and the moon in the 3rd one. Looks pretty well done.
I like the 2nd one.
I'm liking the second one, first one is alright but the figure looks bad.
And the third one is a nightmare (quite literally, it's freaky).

Impressive shading skills, lovely angels, dramatic contrasts but pretty bad anatomy.
You have very little clue of how the proportions should be and how anatomy looks like. I suggest you look up tutorials from various places or buy a book or something.
