I've seen this guy before on TV once or twice, this guys body acts very much like a capacitor does. As you know we all have at least a small amount of electricity running through us, our nerves, muscles and brain.
The reason electricity kills people is because most of us have a very high resistance, and resistance in wires causes heat which is the same in us. It's deadly because we "burn out" like an over heated fuse, but this guy has little to no resistance in his body which allows him to build up a charge like he does.
220v Has a max of, from what I understand, 44 or so Amps and just one amp can kill most people.

Wow, he's got quite a superpower there. It's cool to know he's honing his skills a lot, although his "wireless laser man" statement sounds off the wall. Also, if he had enough electricity, would he be able to shoot lightning from his hands? Maybe with the right equipment and/or foci.
I have some serious trouble beliving that this is real.
