took too long. It's full blown cancer. Starting chemo soon, then surgery. Doctors optimistic. Don't make my mistake. Get checked.
Poor guy. :(
Whoa, that's preety sudden. I never really watched his stuff but it's still preety sad. I hope he manages to get through this.
Oh man. That's heartbreaking. I'm glad they are optimistic about it. Wow, this is not a good day.
My sister-in-law had Ovarian cancer and pulled through. There was immense pain and suffering but she did survive and is back to a healthy and productive life! I'm cautiously optimistic for TB.

Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
I'd be seriously pessimistic if this was 25 years ago, but he's not that old and cancer survival is much better these days.
What kind of cancer is it? Hopefully he recovers quickly, my dad was just diagnosed with liver cancer last month and it's not a fun road to go down.
Regardless of how treatable it is, cancer is probably one of the most terrifying words to hear from a doctor. Best of luck to him.
Poor guy. I admire him encouraging people to get checked, even if it would seem embarrassing.
My best wishes to him and his family. Can't imagine how it must be for his wife and child.
dont even really like TB that much but no one deserves to get cancer

Bowel I think.
That's out of left field, hopefully the optimistic outlook becomes reality. I really should get checked for this stuff, I'm only 23 and I don't have any lumps or discolorations, but stories like these scare the shit out of me that I'm living with some secret killer growing inside of me.

I think he said it was colon cancer.
What also doesn't help is that he tends to avoid his comments as they are littered with hate and it causes him extreme stress that does his health no good and he often finds it hard to resist looking. There are a lot of assholes online and there will no doubt be comments saying they are glad he has cancer so I hope he doesn't look for his own mental sake.
Ugh, what I hate about news like these is that there's no way it's not going to be used by people who don't like him and who are not affraid of being total dicks. Seems like I'm going to hear at some point a "fucker deserved it" or something like that.
Regardless, I hope he'll get better.

I predicted someone would say this, why does anyone need to know if you like him or not? He makes informative videos about video games, why do you need to like or dislike him as a person?
Oh fuck...
This made me the sad Dub. I hope he gets through this.
He's been very vocal about people needing to get checked. It's like any number of other smaller annoyances you can avoid by getting your scheduled checks.
If you have the money or your insurance covers it, get your yearly checks. Avoid shit like this, people.

He admitted to having been shitting blood for about a year before getting checked so yeah get everything checked if you believe there's a problem.
Also, know if your family has a history of cancer (or anything else).
I really want to make a joke [del]that this is what happens when you eat too much scary food people give you[/del] but man, cancer is too fucked up to joke about.

I'm a firm believer that if blood comes out of anywhere you are not expecting it (say an open wound..) and it persists for more than a day you should probably get it looked at.
Even more of a believer of it in recent years after a family friend died of some kind of bowel cancer, apparently they had signs for a good while before they went to a doctor.
I think the main issue is people think talking about things like their anal pains and bleeds are a taboo, but if more people would just openly say they have a problem a lot more people would be saved.
Maan, TB is such a cool guy too, even despite the bad news he stills keeps others in mind.
