So, some of you might remember me as that 'freaky in-human' dancer. I'd like to show my other inhuman side too :D

This video made me do a handstand and on the second attempt kicked over a lamp in the window. Hitting my leg in the radiator.
I actually learnt something today though, i'm rather weak compared to that.
Holy shit you are fit as hell. Impressive!
How much do you weigh?
Why did I watch OP hump the floor 20 times?
It makes me feel good I can do all the stuff you do. I didn't know I was special :D
Where do you get those things you hold onto?
Also, what can you do if you don't have those?
I MIGHT WANT TO, YOU KNOW, TRY THIS MYSELF FOR SCIENTIFIC PURPOSES.

I made them from PVC pipes. Oh and you don't need them to get on that level. It's just useful if your wrists are tired.
Taught myself handstand in about 4 months, I'd love to be able to do planche, some interesting exercises you have there...

Start with a tuck planche, try to hold it for 30-60 seconds, build up the strength with pseudo pushups. Then move on to advanced tuck planche, hold it for 30-60, using pseudo pushups or tuck planche pushups. Then move on to the straddle planche, hold it for 10-30 seconds, using pseudo pushups or advanced tuck planche pushups. Then move on to the full planche and hold it for how long as you want, using pseudo pushups or straddle planche pushups.

Ah but can you do the planche pulling planche L-sit v-neck planche straddle planche planche pseudo tuck planche?
Ah but can you do the planche pulling planche L-sit v-neck planche straddle planche planche pseudo tuck planche?
Wut? Fiiirst of, planche pulling could mean the back lever, then yes. the Planche L-sit is the straddle planche, the v-neck makes no sense at all. Planche straddle planche wut? Pseudo tuck planche is basically the tuck planche.
What he actually meant was the backwards side planche tuck double lever with a twist, not that hard once you figure out the straddle handstand push up without arms & legs

Oh yeah, but you gotta do some Zen Buddha for that.

Forgot the planche planche pullups!
How long you been training?
How long you been training?
For 4-5 months, I could do 20 pushups when I began, and a handstand for 10 sec. But I trained very hard the first month, and I don't have a routine, I just train whenever I want to, and by that I mean at least 1 handstand an hour. + My muscles can hold on longer than most people's muscles, so that's why I'm able to train so much. Gotta love genes
lucky sod, I did a month of weight training before I stopped for reasons unknown, still couldn't do more weights then before ¬_¬

Fuck weight training, do pushups, and keep advancing on them if you want some real strength. Then again, this is calisthenics, so your muscles won't become big, they just get toned and veeeery strong.
Fair enough... plus its raining outside so i can just do them here :D

I'd be more impressed if it didn't look like you weigh 110 pounds.

This.
I'm sure me and plenty of other would like to know how much you weigh before we give you winner ratings.
