President Donald Trump has been talking to his friends about possibly asking Attorney General Jeff Sessions to prosecute Robert Mueller, the special counsel overseeing the Russia probe, and his team, NBC News reported.
The revelation appears in a news analysis piece written by Howard Fineman, an NBCNews.com contributor and an analyst for MSNBC.
Fineman quotes an unnamed Trump advisor as saying: "Here's how it would work: 'We're sorry, Mr. Mueller, you won't be able to run the federal grand jury today because he has to go testify to another federal grand jury.'"
It's unclear what charges Mueller could possibly face in such a situation.
:unimpressed:
Good luck Mueller's probably squeaky clean
On what charges is my main question

Bein' a mean ol' poopyhead
This would dwarf Watergate as a constitutional crisis

He's taking a page out of Putins playbook. Charge now, come up with something when and if he gets around to it.

obstruction of trump
Is this the """"""""""legal""""""""""""" version of the bad guy asking one of his underlings for someone to be "taken care of"? Because it sure sounds like it.
I'll take to the streets if that happens.
It used to be that I would say "let's not trust just the words of an anonymous source who came out through an MSNBC analyst, and let's wait for evidence", but I have learned my lesson in this. I'm more inclined to believe this is real, and if it is, holy fuck the level of shady going on.
What is with the titanic tsunami of awful trump news lately

Given the tepid response from Congress on Trump flat out refusing to implement their laws...
No. Olease don't.

It's more like after all the times I've thought "Nah, nobody could be THAT stupid", he did turn out to be THAT stupid.

I wonder if Americans will still sit on their asses if this happens. :terrists:
The longer it goes on the dumber he seems.
The way this works in his head is that someone says something mean about him, then he goes to Sessions and asks to take them to court for being mean, and he thinks he's automatically supposed to win because he's the president.
On what charges is my main question
"Conspiracy against the State" I would reckon.

Trump is cornered and running out of time, Mueller is coming. He will do anything to save his ass now.

I hope Mueller is close to making a statement or whatever he needs to do to show what was found in the investigation. Guess I was exaggerating a bit about the tsunami, but McCabe stepping down, trump refusing to sanction russia, this. Seems like you're right and something is happenimg

"BREAKING NEWS: Donald Trump is actually a fucking dumbass. Nobody shocked."
Don't make me grab my AR-15 with underbarrel-mounted pitchfork and torch you fat fuck
That would be the point by which we would have little choice as a country but to forcibly remove this administration from office. If we do not take rapid and drastic action to restore order to our government in the face of such a coup, there will be no coming back from it as a nation. It will be the death of American democracy and constitutional law.
Actually there is nothing bad going on this is just normal constitutional process. Quit reading into the liberal media Big Dumb American.
We're at a point where I legitimately cannot tell if this post is sarcastic or not. That's just how normalized the constant gaslighting has become
Overall Trump could really serve as a great example of what not to do, and really unify people against him. Could our commitment to constitutional and democratic principles, and living in the same basic factual reality as each other, actually be improved overall, once Trump is in the trashbin of history?
I'm all for having different opinions and being able to argue because we actually live in the same real world as each other. It's when arguments start to come down to just "hey thats from infowars and it's fake" vs "hey thats from ny times and its fake" that everyone starts to suffer. It is kind of hard to be sympathetic when one side is much closer to reality than the other, but to be fair they are the side that tends to benefit from a lot more higher education than the other. Hopefully there is a backlash against Trump and in favor of rational thought, among conservatives and republicans. Though the lefty in me wants to hope that Trumpists keep on running the Republicans into the ground long into the future, I have to hope that one day Americans will be given two (or more but thats a whole nother fight) legitimate candidates who differ in policy, not decency.
I realized that twinks for Trump was a thing so
ah yes, like Ants for Anteaters.
twinks for Trump
Now that's contradictory as fuck.
