1 seriously hurt in McDonald's drive-thru stabbing

Article said they weren't stabbed, and police didn't say how they were injured.

I'd still like to know why they did it though.

The title of the page is misleading. The stabbing occurred in a drive-thru, not directed towards McDonalds itself. From another article I read:

There really was no "drive-by stabbing". I guess the guys who drove the car got into an argument with some people they saw walking across nearby. They got out of the car and somehow it got violent, and they got owned.
