Movies about redemption? - General

My friends are helping me re-write a story I've written, and recently they suggested I check out some stories involving themes of redemption for inspiration. -Wreck it Ralph is already on the list. I'm already planning to go see that when I can. Any suggestions for something I could check out on Netflix or Redbox?

Waltz With Bashir The Deer Hunter 1st one is about a soldier seeeking redemption from his dreams 2nd one isn't strictly about redemption but is one the underlying themes

Die Hard? (not 100% sure)

some die hards are about redemption... actually the first die hard was completely about redemption iirc. brucie played some disgraced cop or something and basically fucked over a bunch of terrorists and won his rep back. there are so many die hard sequels though that could be the second or third, i really have no idea.
