If one or two slaps on the butt doesn't work, any more is not going to help at all, to the point that the person just keeps on doing everything wrong and doesn't understand how to end it. This is domestic violence. Physical and mental abuse.

I'm trying to understand why he lost his cool like he did. While it appears he raged because she used the internet without permission, it could very well be that her dad found out she had been illegally been downloading songs and games. While many of us may do that on a daily basis, it might be a very very different situation from the perspective of a judge. With that being said, I still think hes a fucking lunatic and should not be a judge in any state under any circumstances. There is punishment, and then there is abuse. I was spanked as a child, and let me tell you, I never smashed tomatoes again. This is abuse.
