I was actually expecting it to stay at 100/100 longer.

I have to say the graphics look kinda lacking at points, obviously its not Rockstars fault but I hope they crank it up a bit for PC / next gen.

i have followed it long time and they always deliver when it comes to fair ratings, even with cod and mainstream games, they dont bullshit around and have the balls to rate it less than the average.
I have only seen free roam so far, but if they gave it a 10/10, oh boy, cant wait to see which surprises it has for me.

I heard it's in the process of being removed because of how awful the review is. It's Rated M for a reason, and the reviewer is giving it a bad score, pretty much because of how violent it is. It's obvious they are doing it for hits and clicks.

Everybody except Escapist did, aside from the odd 9 and 9.8 its solid 100's
Greg Tito gave the game 3.5/5, he gave Dragon Age 2 a 5/5. Now I'm not on the hate wagon for DA2 but to give it a 'perfect' score despite its flaws and then to give GTA V a score so much lower because the characters aren't anti-heroes is just stupid. Apparently some people can accept that sometimes the bad guys are bad fucking people.

The gamespot review kinda irked me. I don't think you should keep bringing your views on misogyny up over and over when it's a game based on a satirical world. Don't get me wrong though, I usually don't mind Carolyn Petit's reviews.

Depends on how it's handled in the game. GTA has always had that edge to it in regards to women but it's always been deliberately satirical. The Gamespot review and another one have mentioned feeling actually uncomfortable by a scene or two in the game. Maybe it's reasonable that in one part Rockstar went a little too far? I won't be able to say for sure until I actually play it.
I will say the comment about "political inconsistency" is a bit redundant. GTA has built it's fame and style of humor off of being politically inconsistent and incorrect. That's a huge part of the games theme.
