I've mainly been in favour of remaining in the EU, but this makes some arguments that I hadn't even heard of. Quite informative.
This is quite a watch, but I recommend everyone to watch this, even if it's only to balance out any arguments.
Snip - nah I should stay away from politics
Not bad, very bias however. Makes some strong points but I stopped taking it in any way seriously when I saw Nigel Farage.
So are the people who made this in favour of TTIP too? After all, it means less regulated and thus less safe American shit can be sold here, isn't that great!?

personally I wouldn't put much weight behind considering it's been directed by martin durkin, who has previously created the great global warming swindle

These people are like 19th century capitalists

well it gets very overt in this film too, about 20 minutes in he starts talking about how bad regulation is and how it's caused British industry to collapse and such
Too much bullshit for me to finish watching this
There's bits about how the EU commision controls the EU like a unelected dictatorship which is drivel because the EU parliament has to agree on everything they propose
There's a bit about fishing which gives the impression that the EU is unfairly destroying British fishing, the presenter even talks about a fishing industry that has thrived for "centuries" well no shit sherlock overfishing was nowhere as much of an issue then.
There's a cleverly placed bit that insiniuates any reputable institution that supports the EU is clearly bribed by their EU funding and shouldn't be trusted. Exactly the sort of shit these people want to lap up when they blindly ignore the suggestions of the entire planet's leaders save a few nutcases and exceptions like Trump and Putin, a lot of the world's banks and financial experts, scientists including Steven Hawking, reputable entrepreneurs, and the people who, shock horror, actually do very well off that funding for the greater good
EU parliament is a rubber stamp ^^^

Well it is unelected, and I think for me that's one of the biggest reasons I feel uneasy about the EU. I'd consider myself a classic liberal, and the way the EU functions sort of make me question it.
Not that I think that our government would do a better job at law and policy making than the EU commission, but at least we get to elect our government.
