I have that same webcam. The face detection on it is annoying. You need to have a LOT of light sometimes.

instead of a shitty "paintball" game on an old source engine build, we all use TrackIR or any free equivalent and play ArmA2.

I would assume the source mod that allows you to do this is free, but you have to have access to a source game to play a source mod and the cheapest source game is 5 bucks.
Just tried this
Nothing works right, I start it up and I hit options (So I can set my Resolution, etc.) and it brings up the menu, fine and normal. After thats done I hit Start New Game.. I hit it and it shows Loading for half a second then goes back to the menu. I hit Face Tracking Options, nothing happens. So then I hit Exit to Windows, it doesn't work.
Garbage...
