I'm moving to england from the United States, now now, I love the U.S.A and am proud to be an American, but I'm sick of the government and the oil spill and all that shit. Does anyone have some benefits to moving to the U.K? [besides Facepunch Camp-Out 2011]

The cost of living is higher, and their police system can be a bit invasive. But I would certainly go back to the Uk to work again. They know how to live.
It has a different atmosphere. Its quite peaceful here, especially in the countryside.
But more importantly, everything is local. One of my American friends told me of how it takes a long time to reach most major shopping areas in the USA. While most stuff in England is pretty close and local, so you don't have to go far to get what you need.
The south areas near the coast are probably the nicest.

Scotland being just North is enough reason to move to England. England is just flat and bland in comparison.

Everything isn't that far away, compared to America at least.
Living in a city like London (where I live) is dirty, dangerous and far too expensive. The countryside is great if you can live without big easy shopping centres and such. I recommend living somewhere in the middle.

Summer has really nice weather, not too hot, but really nice. Although recently it's been pretty wet. But not cold.
