For instance I would be an Agnostic Atheist because I don't claim to know what created the universe but still do not believe in any theistic religions. Agnosticism at it's core is the view that human reason is incapable of providing sufficient rational grounds to justify the belief that deities either do or do not exist. If you believed but didn't know you would be an Agnostic Theist for instance. Therefore by the strictest possible definition you are an Atheist! As you clearly disbelieve now please stop using the term Agnostic incorrectly I see people do it in every religious/atheist thread there's always one person who'll go "I'm not as nasty as those atheists I see myself as an agnostic" so they can seem like they're some neutral force or they use it as a cop out, have the knowledge to say what you are at the very least. Also your bit about necessity of divine justice was stupid.
