I'll never understand slot machines. Not only because it doesn't look line any fun, but you have no way of knowing whether or not the machine is rigged (I know that it's probably not, but the doubt would nag at me the entire time) Those cutscenes look fucking CLEAN though.
Amazing how much care Konami put into this machine, seems like they wanted to maximize the middle finger to Kojima

Oh and daily reminder, Konami is sitting one of the best open world engines ever made now and refuses to license it out, instead they use it to make shitty FLV renders.
Those cutscenes look fucking CLEAN though.
On YouTube there are various uploads of pachislot camrips that are then dubbed with English audio from the original game and they look so good it's ridiculous
Some of these scenes make it seem like they started it as a remaster of the game then decided repurpose all the assets to make that monstrosity instead.

A casino caught rigging their machines would get fucked six ways to sunday.

This is the way they get around Japans gambling bans. I'm fairly sure this means the regulations aren't really there.
Somewhere, Hideo Kojima is weeping.
Couldn't you hypothetically fuck them skirting by the law by banning sale of arcade prizes to trading stores?
Probably, but I think that the reason why they don't is they don't really care enough.
Couldn't you hypothetically fuck them skirting by the law by banning sale of arcade prizes to trading stores?
I think they're taking the opposite approach last I heard, fucking them by legalising and regulating actual gambling.

Jeeez it's like they're puppeteering a fucking corpse... :disappoint:
I really hope someone, somehow manages to rip all the game assets from that machine and releases them to the public domain. Because fuck you Konami for making it look so good and bastardizing it into a fucking slot machine.

Only prerendered video files. The original assets have probably been sealed away in the center of the earth by Konami.

So you do actually win coins from this? It's just a regular slot machine but you have to keep winning to see cutscenes
