Your holding a lot back with your voice which I'm guessing is a sign on you not being very confident. Regardless of your singing ability, you are always going to sound worse if you go with this mentality. The mixing is quite bad and you really need to work on it.
I like the jazzy feel in the first song, sounds good. Singing doesn't seem right. Parts with 3:20 don't work so well because it sounds like you're playing nonsense and singing over that.
Second one you really need to work on your voice. Do some vocal exercises. Get a better tone. It doesn't sound like you're on key at all. You were trying to do something interesting thing with the minor and diminished chords but I don't think it worked well because it gave more a sense that you were playing the wrong notes. You could fix this by singing on key, have the lead direct you to that chord, or whatever you can think of. Random popping at like 2:25.
Last song. Loses a sense of time in some parts. The lead works very well and the progression is done pretty well. I can hear some clipping which is hard on the ears.
Really, mixing is a big part in home recordings and if your mixing sounds bad your song is going to sound bad. Learn some mixing, and also practice your singing. One exercise I do is I play a note on a guitar and match that tune, and work my way up and down. You can do scales with that too. I think the music you're coming up with sound pretty good, but right now the mixing and vocals are working against you. I'm giving you good criticism so don't take it like I'm trying to discourage you or calling your music bad. Getting some drums and bass in there would be good. A better mic would be very good because it seems to me like the mic you are using is not that great.

Gonna bump to post up a new song I did. I think this one may actually be decent, if not good. Link at top of first post.
You need to extend your vocal range. You're voice isn't good.
As Pepin said, seems like you're holding back on your voice.
Lyrically your songs could get some improvement too...
