Beautiful Existence (yes, that is her legal name) ate breakfast, lunch and dinner from Starbucks every single day of 2013. The Seattle mother of two's unusual and pricey diet was part of a 365-day challenge she started at the beginning of the year. Her self-established rule was that she could eat anything sold at Starbucks or from a "Starbucks-inspired" store or brand such as Roy Street Coffee, Tazo Tea and Evolution Fresh. "WHY? am I doing this challenge? Or WHY? will I do any challenge in the future? Because I LOVE being human and I LOVE the privilege of being able to ask the question WHY? in the first place!" she wrote on her blog. Existence, 40, spent an average of $500 to $600 a month on meals. She also blogged about and took pictures of all of her Frappuccinos, Bistro Boxes and everything in between. She's beaten all of you guys.

Well that's one Terrible Existence
WHY? am I doing this challenge

Or WHY? will I do and challenge in the future?

...being able to ask the question WHY? in the first place!
Too hipster for proper grammar I see. Eating from Starbucks 3 times a day for a year can't be good for you. Don't they mostly do baked goods like muffins?

Honestly don't understand why people shop at starbucks, especially when better coffee shops exist.
yeah it's all overpriced and very mediocre though, a latte and banana bread is like 10 dollars.
I fucking love getting hot chocolate there, but only occasionally because it's so ridiculously expensive. Eating and drinking nothing but Starbucks for an entire year? Her poor wallet.
The saddest thing is that she spent 6600$ on coffee and snack cakes for a whole year. It's nice to say that you have the privilege to ascertain these short of expensive treats in the morning or every once in the while, but it just seems excessive to buy this much of something. It wasn't even a local coffee shop or anything like that: it's the biggest brand of coffee chains in America. She's not helping people in her community. She's not making a message against something honestly. Beautiful Existence is just showing her hubris.
Jesus, even the picture fits so many parts of the stereotype it's not even funny.
That sounds disgusting, never been to starbucks though, Although I do despise these coffee shops to no end
Beautiful Existence... her legal name i don't want even
I can't say I don't envy her being able to afford it but fuck if I wouldn't have more imaginative ideas to waste cash on.
Ever notice how folks seem to always have the logo facing out while carrying their latte around?
wow that op image is a fashion disaster
Ever notice how folks seem to always have the logo facing out while carrying their latte around?
this is called product placement i am sorry this is a new concept to you
Beautiful Existence... her legal name i don't want even
I bet she makes people call her by her full name too.
this is called product placement i am sorry this is a new concept to you
I don't mean just in the picture, I mean look at folks walking down the street. I can understand holding it chest high with the hand gripped around the cardboard sleeve, but that logo always seems to be showing. It's been a while since I was near a starbucks, is it on the cup more than once?
I bet she makes people call her by her full name too.
I feel like if I were to call her by her first name, I'd sound like I was making a bad come-on. "Hey there, Beautiful."
The Seattle mother of two
I sincerely hope her kids didn't suffer as a result of this ridiculous binge.

When people have money to spend, the more you have the harder it usually is to resist the impulse to spend your money on something. Also, those who haven't got the ability to acquire things others talk about and practically wave in their faces may be naturally jealous, as well, of their more fortunate peers. Envy is natural to the human psyche and always has been. Not a one of us hasn't felt jealous that some people have more than we do in terms of wealth, influence, or societal standing. You'd have to be a saint, taught frugality well by those around you, or completely done in by life to not show the occasional envious streak towards others for something you may not have. Granted, yours truly does come from a background of old money and is enjoying a promising start to his career as a physician, but we don't splash money out on personal stuff in our background. We have always lived rather quietly, and we uphold frugality quite religiously as well. The most we do spend around here is on charity work. I have enough to purchase the small joys of life and the little things that keep us happy, but I don't splash out on the 'latest and greatest gadgets and gizmos' if I have something equally serviceable that isn't a piece of junk. Just my $ 0.02.
i'd judge way more if starbucks shit wasn't delicious
Wow where does she get all the money for that I wonder
Wow where does she get all the money for that I wonder
job probably [editline]2nd January 2014[/editline] 6 grand a year isn't really that much all things considered
I was looking if she also made pictures of her food and instagrammed it. Yep...
this is pretty amazing in a way
If she ate 3 times a day there it cost her around 15 bux for a meal

You guys get so upset when people do what they want as if it is literally them standing over you shoving it down your throat, when really it just showed up on some article on the internet.
And she's 40 fucking years old and acting like this. What a joke.

Who the FUCK looks at the name Beautiful Existence and sees nothing stupid about it?
