A few things to note:
People in the comments are saying that he'd tried chambering a round twice, but at the start of the video the first gun (the one he cocks) is on the centre console
When he cocks the weapon while pushing the manager along, the slide catches probably due to an empty magazine if it's a legit firearm
At 2:18, it looks like he fires the gun, but if it did actually fire it doesn't look real, if anything it'll be one of those CO2 blowback BB guns
Some of the brands in the store, as well as peoples' faces are blurred out.
