While i was trying to port forward the ports to GMod on my Dlink router i went and disabled firewall and stuff then forwarded all ports, then when i click save, my internet stops working! I can connect to the router but not internet! Im using my neighbors internet right now!

You can't be doing it right, or your router doesn't support this. I've had this problem before.
