• Cutting Weight For Football

Im loosing weight for football, Pretty easy atm, 105 need to be less than 100.9 Any Way i Can Loose the weight within a week pretty easy, I will be going to the sonna, Er however you spell that.
5 pounds a week, uhm forget about eating 2 full glasses of water before anymeal 5 meals a day, ALL meals portioned about the size of your hand, if you're hungry in between eat a fruit or a vegy 2 hour work outs (core stuff like your abs) , 1 hr running every morning Hope
You can lose that in a week if you would like to sacrifice the ability to play football.

Don't you want to gain weight? If you weigh less you will be pushed around easily.

Drink a lot of water, eat healthier and maybe a little bit less, and do 30 minutes of running/jogging at least every other day.

It is called a trashbag suit. You make it out of trashbags, put it on, and sweat your balls off. It isn't very safe but it works. Protip: Use duct tape to fasten it to your body.

Just ride your bike a couple times a day for like half an hour, don't eat snacks, skip lunch, have only toast for breakfast, and then a light dinner. Things like that will help you lose weight.

You weigh 105 and you need to lose weight? What grade is this? Also, you're probably from San Diego, hence the name Chargers. Am I correct?

The key part in the post was losing weight, not what sport he plays. Also, getting below 100.9 for football? Is this middle school? Serious question, because that seems a little light. I don't recommend the trashbag suit at all, it is unsafe especially in hot weather.

Hey guys, the OP is just trolling and making up stories. No football player would weigh 100 pounds.
There's really not a secret to losing weight. You know what food is healthy and if not, cdc.gov and mypyramid.gov give tips on that. Losing weight fast means eating healthy but small amounts so you're hungry most of the time. Exercise and keep hydrated. Tea is fine if you need caffeine but no soda.
