I wouldn't go as far to say this. I do think that people who think that any occurrence that happens, and cannot directly be explained, automatically state that it had to be a ghost, are far too acceptive, and unwilling to think further.
Notice that during both incidents, he has his feet planted on the ground enough to where he can use them to push his body. During the first incident in the chair, watch his legs closely. You can see the jeans on his legs rise as he pushes himself back, and in the second incident, both of his feet only fully leave the ground as his mother is holding onto him. I say he's faking it, it's not hard to thrash around in that manner.
As for the rest of the story of objects flinging, there is no evidence to back it up, therefor I assume that it is also fake.

No scientific research has been done to actually find out whether ghosts are real. I for one have had many strange experiences with things i do not understand. Shadow people, UFO's, poltergeists...

Yesterday I couldn't find my keys I put them down. I assumed it was a ghost and burnt down my house as it was stated to be built on an Indian graveyard. It turns out that I had them in my pocket.
Not everything that you can't explain means nobody else can explain it as something non-supernatural.

It's like if you go outside to look for UFO's and think they're going to appear, anything at all such as a bird or airplane can become an UFO to you.
If you go around at night in some forest or abandoned house thinking about ghosts you will definitely feel its appearance or maybe even see it. Since it's dark, your vision becomes noisy and you can pretty much make any shape out of that noise.
