I wanted to post these here as I feel they deserve to be posted I have been to this Mine a total of three times personally I did not make it as far back as the person in the video did because well I find this place to be one of the most creepiest places I do plan to go back sometime this summer and venture further into and I will record the whole process but the mine is very haunted, during my three trips we had quiet a few experiences that we couldn't explain and the chain swinging was one of the first experiences we had the cave itself has such an odd vibe to it you just want to avoid it all together. The sound in the second video sounded like an announcement for a train station.
It's really creepy that none of the chains were moving in the first video and then when he turns around the fucking thing is swinging.

I want him to go back here and investigate that siren, would just be interesting to find out what it really is (i.e. not a ghost).
Might have been a bat launching off from that chain. Couldn't there be a nearby functioning mine that was making the sound in the second video?
Couldn't there be a nearby functioning mine that was making the sound in the second video?
As far as I know, I have not seen any other mines in the area or at least activity that would make one think there was a mine in the area around Horton

I'd highly recommend checking out the rest of this guys content, he's explored some marvelous places very few people have been. Unfortunately he stated with one of his latest videos he's no longer exploring mines.
In this video, he finds a 100 year old revolver in a box with a pentagram on it
I've been binging his channel, it's making me remember the good ol Wurm invasions and digging out china mines
I like this channel, I've been going through a lot of his videos.
It sounds like a police scanner maybe? The part I don't understand is what is still powering it? I doubt whoever owns the property still runs electricity to it and any batteries that would be powering a radio would've long run dry by now. Since the stairs look so rusted, maybe someone could go in with a drone and take footage of the areas that would be damn near impossible to access to see what's causing the noise?
