They were comparing if a mine were in your local soccer/football field to if a mine were in, say, Korea, you won't care much if a Korean kid dies from a landmine, but if your daughter gets killed by one you'd be crying your eyes out.

"Death camp" is insensitive, the correct term is "Concentration camp" they are just made to concentrate so hard, they die from over concentration.
