Alright Facepunch, I need your harsh criticism.

What could I have done differently in this video.
Honestly, too much swearing, but that's not the only thing.
I'm not one for clean language, I swear a shit load myself. However, a lot of the humor in this feels like it's forced through swearing, in an attempt to emphasize what is happening in the game at that moment. "What a fucking retard" "..right out the fucking door" etc. If you're going to swear a lot, use it appropriately.
In addition to that, some of the inflections in your voice felt really forced, especially the screams at around 2:32, which detracted from any authentic humor there was to begin with.
Don't get me wrong, there are some seriously good plays and moments with lots of potential, but the way you deliver them needs to be changed.
To me (and probably the average viewer) it seems like this is just a mashed together collection of clips of you playing Overwatch.
There isn't anything unique in this video. You need to create an element that can't be found anywhere else for it to be interesting, like a vibrant or commentative persona.
For example, Dunkey is a perfect example, since he is a character that is simultaneously hard to replicate, funny, interesting, and unique. That may be through voice, personality, seriousness, and/or commentary.
I'm not suggesting you start making satirical videos of Overwatch, I am simply using Dunkey as an example of an interesting content creator.
Genuinely hope this helps out, despite me only telling you what you did wrong. I'm not much good at telling what you need to do to improve.

Thank you so much, I've been telling myself I'm going to stop swearing for a long time in my videos, and I just couldn't give over the habit. It definitely gives me more motivation hearing this from someone else though, that's greaaaatly appreciated.
As for being a character; I'm definitely trying to feel the ground for it, looking for what matches me best as a person, I completely agree. I've been having difficulties finding what exactly my content will be aimed at, making videos a day is a start but I need to build those into something worth watching for other people for sure. Discovering what that will be for me that comes naturally will be difficult but I'm hoping this will help me find it.
Everything you've said is amazing and I truly appreciate it. I love hearing this from you guys because the people on the forum tell it like it is, not in a way that's purposefully mean to be negative, but providing (sometimes harsh) meaningful criticism and honestly, there's no better way to grow.

If you work hard enough, you'll get there. I am no professional by any means, but in my opinion, in some cases you have to cater your content to a crowd in order to become popular, even if it isn't 'you'. Despite my personal lack of content on my own media outlet channels, I still ponder on what it would take to become successful. The conclusion I came to was to create content that was both unique and caters to a crowd, which is out of my reach, since I don't have the motivation, time, or money for either.
I spend a lot of free time browsing the internet and watching youtube videos of greatly varying topics, and overall, I've noticed I get bored of 'cookie cutter' videos; e.g. content that is created based on the style of other successful videos. Examples of this include many of the gaming/let's play vids. For the most part, the hugely popular ones almost seem like they were produced by the same person. Too many similar editing styles, too many similar intros, hell, even too many similar video thumbnails. I think the problem is that new content creators aren't confident enough in their own ability to create something unique, so they follow the footsteps of the big names verbatim. It's okay to borrow styles and techniques from the big names, but don't let yourself try to produce content that's practically identical to theirs. Be unique.

I really appreciate the feedback on my feedback. I'm glad to know I'm helping at least a little. And to reiterate, everything I've said in this thread is sincere. No offensive words meant.
