"You can see … the impact he took and where he got ejected and landed, he's a very fortunate man right now."

Fucking awesome and badass, as much as it is like that, I hope the guy survives without any permanent injuries. Supercrashes like this tend to leave their victims dead or with nasty disabilities and braindamage.
I actually met a girl who was ejected from her car and had a internal decapitation.
IIRC she is one of six people to ever survive that.

I can't help myself, but it incredibly reminds me of the original Knight Rider, the stunt style, and even the car is similar to Kit. Now, that would be insanely badass if he jumped above the bridge, or if there was nothing in way.
