I'd be looking at the floor if it was looking different. I am sure the people filmed were using that elevator on a daily basis.
They are actors in case you didn't get it. The whole floor is a greenscreen.

There actually is an elevator with a projected floor in the Ars Electronica Center, it's not very convincing at all.
It's a green screen floor, nothing to do with monitors at all. The best glimpse of this you see is just as the doors open when the first guy hits the button, and also 1:26

Just focus on shadows, especially around their feet. You don't even need the green reflection to tell it's greenscreen.
