I can't wait to get some private webcam shows where the girl can tickle my butt
the touch feedback is a nice touch, I would have not found it original if not for that feature.
This is actually pretty amazing, considering how smooth and responsive it is for what looks like a prototype. Imagine just how awesome this will be if it catches on and gets improvements that reduce size, reduce energy requirements and increase the number of rising/falling shapes while decreasing the size of them.
Make one real world size and use it to simulate video game maps. You use the oculus rift, and a gun or something and go. Sell to arcades, revive the business.
Imagine this as a replacement for Braille displays, that's an interesting situation
I'm not dead set on how that would work, but depth-mapped websites would be great for the disabled
Would love to see a music visualizer with that...
Neat. But it looks like it doesn't really detect hollow objects that well like a basket.

I believe I've seen this been done before, the reason why it's not common place is the size, (cost regardless).
