This will never end. They evac, Israel bombs their shit, HAMAS lay low until they find new equipment and then repeat.
I like to think they didn't simply drop the leaflets and just replaced the warheads on their normal rockets.

It involves evacuating civilians first, and then launching a quick ground assault. Presumably by sending tactical and compact squads into hostile buildings, supported by a larger military presence further away from the operation in case anything goes wrong. Time will tell if this operation will be effective enough. However I really don't know how alerting civilians doesn't also alert Hamas which in turn would give them plenty of time to set up ambushes, flee the area, or just blend in with the people who are being evacuated. Those kind of tactics to preserve civilians seem to go against every text-book military protocol.
