I have basically run out of tv shows to watch, any suggestions? What are your favourites?
breaking bad
weeds
Breaking bad is on tomorrow. Although if you're thinking of watching it I suggest you watch the first four seasons first. They're totally worth it.
The Walking Dead season three is coming in the next couple of months.
Meh. I'm more into sitcom sort of stuff.
New Girl.

If it's sitcom you're looking for, may I suggest older British stuff?
Fawlty Towers, It Ain't Half Hot Mum, Are You Being Served, Dad's Army, that's just off the top of my head.
Community's coming back soon.
So is Scooby Doo Mystery Inc, that's good too.
If you can get your hands on some Monty Python's Flying Circus, that's pretty funny.
Arrested Development (if you haven't seen it already)
Modern Family
Louie
Wilfred
Seinfeld (a classic)
George Lopez is a good sitcom, avoids most of the tropes. I have to agree with Fawlty Towers, though, it's awesome. And someone made an exact remake of the towers as a GMod map, which makes things awesome by default. Friends, Family Matters, and The Nanny are still running nightly on places like CW and Nick@Nite. My favorite is Everybody Hates Chris, but it's rarely on anymore. If you happen see it on, I'd suggest staying and watching it.
Game of Thrones
Boardwalk Empire
Band of Brothers
The Newsroom
and any other original HBO shows

I think Centric still airs some episodes of that. That or BET.
National Geographic and the Military Channel usually have cool things on (if you have those channels).
I also heard Game of Thrones was good.
I'm in the same boat as OP but I was wondering if Chuck is any good?

I thought that it was pretty entertaining.

Well, at least you won't have to worry about spoilers regarding new episodes, that's always a plus.
Game of Thrones, it's fucking great.
Doctor Who
Blackadder
Game of Thrones
etc.
Game of Thrones
The Walking Dead
Breaking Bad
Falling Skies
All are currently airing, and are some of the best shows I've ever seen (perhaps not Falling Skies, but it's not awful)
Louie
Mad Men
I've been DVRing endless episodes of House, Seinfeld, and Star Trek TOS/TNG. I used to have Fraiser in the queue too.
Gilmore Girls
Buffy
Angel
Farscape
Babylon 5
Six Feet Under
Star Trek Deep Space Nine
Stargate SG-1
Alias
Nikita
Supernatural
The Wire
The Shield
The Sopranos
Rome
