sometimes my mom makes me shit for dinner so i yell at her and break her stuff that her grandma gave her when she was young
Well, you obviously eat your already eaten food, I guess you don't get worse after that, Nor I think you will get better by eating it

It's just the stuff from your food that your body couldn't use, so it isn't really good or bad afaik.
The monkeys eat their shit. I heard it's healthy for them, but still, nasty has hell. :ninja:
