I just changed some stuff from a pre-made theme.
-The page title should be in another colour - the background is too similar; it's not easy on the eyes.
-The 'categories' section needs some padding, otherwise it'll look asymmetrical.

All around decent otherwise...

Also; on the 'Top Solutions to Fix Epcot – Number 2' part I'd consider the layout a bit:
If you moved the second picture + it's paragraph a bit downwards it'd look "cleaner".

That's like one of my [sp]subjective[/sp] rules on how to use pictures that's floating opposite each other that share nothing in-common.
