• How do you cook your bacon?

I've tried lots of different methods to cooking bacon and I find if I fry it on a low-medium heat it gives it a mild taste which I prefer over the strong taste of crispy bacon. I also tried the microwave method after some Googling once to see what would happen, didn't end well. Any Insights?
Very possible to microwave bacon. I get this one invention by some little kid (seem's like a bitch family imo) and you hang it over or something and it cooks it nice. I like to bake mine. bacon flip
I just fry it on ~medium in about a tablespoon of honey. :v:

under a grill.
I pepper it while it's frying. A bit of olive oil at the bottom of the pan, let it simmer for a few minutes, add bacon, pepper, and a touch of cayenne pepper.

My grandma microwaves hers, and it's really not that bad, something worth trying. I personally either bake mine or fry it in a pan.
Pan it. Microwave makes it hard and flakey. Nothing I would eat.
In a weave on a skillet flipping every so often, then placing hashbrowns/homefries, sausage, (optional salsa) on top for the ultimate breakfast.
Over chicken.... Unreal!
Over chicken.... Unreal!
I can vouch for that! get some nice (sweet) bbq sauce, marinade the chicken (or turkey if you want more of a roast), braid some bacon into one big piece, spread some bbq sauce over one side, and wrap it tightly aroundt the chicken (or turkey) (lock it in place with some meat pins), with the bbq sauce inside.. cook in oven till crispy (remember to flip it) that is just pure awesome! Also really good for sandwiches, just let it cool (to get more firm) then slice that sucker up! :D

Under the grill on max. I like mine tough and chewy.
Grilled or fried until it's curled up in a crunchy as hell charcoal ball in the pan. Delicious, even though I don't normally like salty food.
I put the bacon in a 2inch deep pan and let it bake in its own grease.
I picked this method up from a co-worker. She used to be a cook and it's really great. Mix up some batter for waffles and get your waffle iron preheated, then lay out your bacon (two strips works best, but 3 is fine) on the waffle iron. Pour your waffle batter over the bacon and cook them like a normal waffle. bam, bacon inside waffles. Shit's tasty yo.
Just microwave for a bit, I hate it crispy. Post your bacon recipes, I must know how to improve my baconsperience.
