Hello Facepunch, thought I'd just pop in to get the word out on my latest project, DMND. http://dmnd.co.uk/ The concept is simple, we pay cool independent artists and freelance designers a percentage of our profits from shirts we sell in limited quantities. The percentage for the artist is the best rate you can find for a product of this nature. If you think you are awesome at artworking shirts, feel free to send me a PM and I'll check out your portfolio :) This is excellent for artists as they get their designs out and get paid a highly reasonable per-design amount of money, and also the designs being really exclusive and limited run is good for people who like to stand out and be unique with witty and artistic, yet inexpensive clothing as opposed to the hordes of generic clothing you see around today. Here are our current designs: This exclusive prints will never run again after we are out of stock. They're retailing at £11.99 including FREE SHIPPING to the UK. We now take worldwide orders! Pricing as follows: UK: £11.99 Europe: £13.98 / 16.50 euros USA/Rest of World: £15.98 / $24.90 USD We're constantly working on new features and innovating based on feedback we receive. Website http://dmnd.co.uk/ Twitter http://twitter.com/dmndclothing Facebook http://www.facebook.com/pages/Dmnd-Clothing/172501249445393 You can catch our updates on any of the above. Thanks, hope you enjoy the site!
totally not /fa/
Bold indie art!!! the best art
I actually really like the shirt but I don't like the limited idea... Being broke sucks :saddowns:
Neat idea.
I actually really like the shirt but I don't like the limited idea... Being broke sucks :saddowns:
Being pretty new ourselves we can't afford to keep a ton of stock unfortunately, that's why we have to do it like this. Thanks for the feedback on the design though :)
Create a US version of this site.
are you the one that made the "fashion" thread?
Create a US version of this site.
I think shipping is around £5 to countries other than the USA with an estimated delivery date of 3 days.
15 pounds for a t-shirt? As much as I like the work, it's way too much for a shirt. Especially with one color. Also why is there a huge blank space between the top of the page and actual content?
Seems like a really cool idea, I shall bookmark this! Also, I agree with the above post, maybe cut the price down a little bit, then you're in business.
If it was me, i'd run 2 shirt designs at once, because i can really imagine me finding something i like from this site, but the current one doesn't do it for me.
When you have enough stock, you should make a promo that is for Facepunch that gives out X amount of shirts free every X amount of time. (seconds, minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, a year, or just a one-time offer). Just like that site did with the mousemats :3:
Oh, I get it. Funny.
We're going as low as we can but we can't afford to buy in huge bulk. The shirts and prints are good quality though, we haven't skimped costs at all.

Great idea there, not to keen on that shirt, but will check back again. Also are you planning on leaving it until it's sold out? Or a time type limit.
Interesting idea, shitty design (at the moment).
hipster
Interesting idea, shitty design (at the moment).
It's not shitty at all, I like how it's kept simple. It's all you need on the page..
basically bape.
I think shipping is around £5 to countries other than the USA with an estimated delivery date of 3 days.
Hmm. How about NO. $10 to ship a $15 shirt. You're the kind of person I hate. Shipping costs much less than that.
Just bought one ;)
Hmm. How about NO. $10 to ship a $15 shirt. You're the kind of person I hate. Shipping costs much less than that.
It's based in the UK, the shirt isn't 15 dollars.
I swear to god if I could I'd buy one of those shirts. I love Daft Punk, Justice, Busy P, et cetera.
We ship worldwide :)
The shirt costs 23U$D for you american people.
The OP
Do you own the website? If you do, Disable directory browsing on the server.
Do you own the website? If you do, Disable directory browsing on the server.
Done, thanks for your advice.
Cool site man.
It's not shitty at all, I like how it's kept simple. It's all you need on the page..
Not the website, the website looks great. I meant the current shirt design at the moment. Also to OP: you might want to add more photos. Websites like DesignByHumans have 3 photos: front, angle, and back. I like how you have a photo of just the design itself though.
So it's basically shirt.woot.com for UK?
