Pretty fucked up that people are rating this funny. Personally I think there should be more government oversight for these kinds of events. Fleas are people too.

Uhm, no they don't. They glue the feet of the fleas to instruments and the floor, then they heat the floor so the fleas start moving.
When I read the thread title I pictured hundreds of clowns and circus animals in a tent that just dropped dead all of a sudden.
You're all correct. There's a multitude of different ways that flea circuses can work. Some use actual fleas, some don't.
