It's not the first time lawyer Mark Zuckerberg, who has specialised in foreclosures and bankruptcies for the past 23 years, has paid a price for having one of the world's best-known names. Two years ago his Facebook account was blocked for four months.
Meanwhile, Mr Zuckerberg (the lawyer) has created a web site - Iammarkzuckerberg.com - to clear up any confusion about his identity. The two names are not entirely identical: lawyer Mark Zuckerberg's middle initial is 's', and the Facebook founder's name is Mark E. Zuckerberg.[/quote]

It's like the guys at Facebook don't understand the concept of different people having the same name. My last name is Sanchez, a very common name. Does that mean my Facebook account will be banned if someone also shares the same first name?
