Montgomery police officer Aaron "A.C." Smith, 23, has been arrested and charged with murder in the shooting death of Gregory Gunn. Montgomery County District Attorney Daryl Bailey stated during a Wednesday afternoon news conference that "probable cause" was found in an investigation by the State Bureau of Investigation to arrest Smith. Smith was booked in the Montgomery County Detention Facility with a $150,000 bond. Shit that's pretty much racial profiling there. I'm not sure how guy walking with a painting pole is suspicious.

Prediction, DA drops all charges because he feared for his life. If he is found guilty he will serve little to no jail time. I'd like to see a life sentence here

"And we can understand the district attorney and the city wanting to make sure that there is no public outcry. Give the public a clear and transparent look at the legal process and present this case through the proper channels... But you don't do that...on the back of this officer."
Yeah wouldn't it be awesome if we let another killer cop go because of the beyond-stupid grand jury? Good thing it's just his counsel saying this and not the DA

Wait for the evidence then make an informed decision.
