The player that was at the plate taking his at-bat didn't like that he was getting strikes. He thought they should have been balls. We don't really know what happened, if he made a snide comment to the Ump or not, but he did something the Ump didn't like, so the Ump through him out of the game.
At that point the coach lost it, due to his player being thrown out and the Ump overall making bad calls against his team all game.
