Apparently, it is a big problem with people stopping/parking in bike lanes? I've never seen anything like this in the UK
That's mostly because we don't have any bike lanes for people to stop in :v:

I've never seen anything like this in the UK
it's pretty universal that there are shit drivers who don't care for walkways/bike lane stuff because "it's the road and cars come first" some countries have notoriously bad habits regarding various things, like the brazilian here mentioning biking is extremely dangerous due to people's attitudes/lack of care. I remember seeing a group of russions who have a whole series of videos on 'operation stop a douchebag' or whatever it was, where they'd go to problematic walkways and block it up standing around because people will literally drive on sidewalks and bike trails just to get around traffic
That's mostly because we don't have any bike lanes for people to stop in :v:
Most of the cycle lanes around me (the few of them there are) are so shit that it's simply just safer and easier to ride among the cars.
I've watched a few of these and despite the drivers being completely in the wrong they get so angry, a few people pull guns on them, it's fucking crazy
if they're such an impatient asshole that they'd steamroll a sidewalk, there's some higher chances that essentially backing them into the corner will just make them extremely tense and frustrated and they'll just want to get out of the situation well rounded shitty people likewise a good reason the dude who moved the car just kinda trucked on, is because the car owner would probably throw a shitfit when he arrived and play himself off as the victim, or otherwise just be an asshole about the whole situation. I'm not sure how brazil works in this regard but the parking job was pretty clear grounds to be towed in the US, so he'd still have to consider the alternatives would be far more costly
